What Couples Can Expect
Every Harpors wedding includes a dedicated coordinator, ceremony and reception spaces, and bar service built into your package. Couples also get access to House Harpors for an extended celebration after the main event.
We host up to 250 guests without a tent, with larger layouts available when needed. Tours are free, and our team walks you through weather plans, vendor coordination, and timeline planning before you reserve your date.

4. Q: Can we bring our own vendors, or do we have to use yours?
A: Of course you may bring in your own! We are also happy to recommend vendors as needed.
5. Q: Is unlimited alcohol included in your packages?
A: Yes, unlimited alcohol is included in our wedding packages. We offer a variety of beverage options to suit your preferences and can discuss in more detail during your tour.
6. Q: Are there restrictions on the type of decor we can use?
A: We have minimal decor restrictions to preserve the natural beauty of our venue. Our team can work with you to ensure your decor complements the setting.
7. Q: What is the venue’s maximum capacity?
A: Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests without the need for a tent. We have hosted events with up to 1000 people when utilizing tents so please do not hesitate to ask for guest counts over 250.

A: Yes, we have a contingency plan for inclement weather to ensure your event proceeds smoothly. We have mastered indoor/outdoor comfort with a combination of design, technology, and process and cover this extensively in our tours.

A: Yes, we have experienced on-site staff to ensure your event runs smoothly, including coordination, bar services, and any assistance you may need throughout the day. Service, staff, and training is our top differentiator and our clients are willing to pay more for the standards of excellence we provide.

A: Yes, we have ample parking facilities available for your guests’ convenience, making it hassle-free for them to attend your event.

Outside of taxes and outside vendors, we do not add hidden venue fees. This matters because many venues advertise a lower base price, then add staffing fees, service fees, setup fees, credit card fees, and insurance charges later.
